We celebrated Grandparents Day along with Sports Day on 5th December. Sports and games help in character building and are means of mental and physical growth. Sports are an integral part of education. They inculcate good values in children. Keeping this in mind Toddlers Nursery strongly believe that sports plays a major role in a growing child and therefore we invite grandparents to share in the joy of watching and being with their grandchild.

Grandparents are a delightful blend of laughter, caring deeds, wonderful stories and love. The one thing that toddlers and grandparents have in common is unconditional love!.

Vibrant and logical races were conducted for the children of all classes. Grandparents were also involved in the races along with their grandchildren. Both Sports and Grandparents play a major role in the toddlers overall development.

Grandparenting is the ultimate extreme sport. Grandparents played a game of Tambola and dispersed with a smile on each ones face.Sports and games are very important for us. They keep us healthy and fit. They offer us a change from the monotony of daily life. It is a useful means of entertainment and physical activity. Sports and games help in character building. They give us energy and strength. During sports we learn many things. We learn how to maintain mental balance in the midst of hopes and despair. They make us learn how to tackle the difficult situation. Sports develop a sense of friendliness. They develop team spirit in us. They help in developing mental and physical toughness. They shape our body and make it strong and active. They give us energy and strength. They remove tiredness and lethargy. They improve blood circulation. This improves our physical well-being. Sports and games improve our capability. They improve our efficiency. Either studying or working alone makes us exhausted. We are no longer efficient to do any work.
